Technology Issues and Concerns

If you are experiencing technology issues, please share with me a brief description of the issue. I will do my best to problem solve your issue however, please be aware that some issues may need to be passed further within the Technology Department.

My computer tower which is attached to my SmartBoard does not have a working DVD/CD drive. I need this to use the response clicker software.

My Airliner wireless adapter was taken and without it, I can not use the Airliner.

Amy, I will look for a different tower down in the tech room. If I do not have one available with a DVD drive, I will put in an IT ticket to get one here.

Dave thank you for reminding me about this issue. I will put in a purchase order for a new one and will make sure that it gets installed when it arrives.

My printer has disapeared on my computer. I have looked for it in the drop down menu, but its not there when I try to print.

Kim, I will stop down in your office before the end of today to get that printer situation fixed. You computer will just need the printer driver added again.
